Our Giacomettis

In art we have been doing some lovely work about Alberto Giacometti. We have been making a Giacometti in class. It was excelent because we all worked together and helped each other. We liked it because it was fun, messy and we got to use glue and newspaper.

How to make a Giacometti

What you need:
4 pipe cleaners
PVA glue
strips of newspaper
mod roc
paint
water
paper pom pom

1. Make a stick man from 4 pipe cleaners and attach a paper pom pom for the head.

2. Wrap the strips of newspaper around the stick man.

3. Wrap mod roc around the body (this was the messy bit!)
